Revlon, Ulta Beauty launch Live Boldly vending machine

Revlon is taking it’s Live Boldly campaign on the road. The beauty brand announced that it would be enhancing the consumer experience by offering fans a unique way to receive a gift with purchase, with a little help from Ulta Beauty.

The New York City-based beauty brand unveiled a vending machine that will be touring around to several of the Bolingbrook, Ill.-based retailer’s locations throughout the nation. The machine will offer consumers a chance to receive a product from Revlon after completing a purchase and giving the campaign a little social media shoutout.

In order to obtain a product from the vending machine, consumers must first make a purchase at the Ulta Beauty where the machine will be stationed throughout the day. After the transaction has been completed, the guest must post on social media by sharing a picture on Instagram using the #LiveBoldly hashtag. Lastly, a gift can be chosen from the vending machine based on in-store spending level, and the consumer must use their IG handle to verify the post.

One of the gift options consumers can choose from is a Super Lustrous Lipstick that can be engraved on-site. Those interested in seeing the bending machine in action can stop by the Ulta Beauty in Aventura, Fl. on March 16, Ulta GM Conference on April 4 and Arlington, TC location on April 7.
