The Swanson Group adds chief customer officer

The Swanson Group is growing its organization with the recent addition of Glenn Figenholtz. Figenholtz joins the company as executive vice president and chief customer officer. 

Figenholtz brings to The Swanson Group 19 year of experience at Walgreens, where he was most recently the retailer’s group vice president and general merchandise manager of food, beverage and household. His extensive experience in merchandising includes time leading the merchandising and marketing integration of the Rite Aid stores acquired by Walgreens. 

At The Swanson Group, Figenholtz has been charged with collaborating with the business development organization’s clients to develop best-in-class strategies for bringing products to market.
