Suncrest Solutions announced the acquisition and full integration of RxMedic ARS.

This move enhances pharmacy efficiency by streamlining pharmacy will-call operations, improving workflow, customer experience and staff satisfaction.

RxMedic ARS, now named HangRx, seamlessly integrates with leading pharmacy management systems and operates within the HangRx automated will-call system, marking a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize pharmacy will-call management.

The RxMedic ARS acquisition guarantees uninterrupted support, bag replacement and enhanced will-call system access for the several hundred existing RxMedic ARS customers and newcomers. It introduces an advanced light-up bag system that significantly cuts down the time needed for prescription retrieval and inventory management. Moreover, it revolutionizes the pharmacy will-call area, transforming them into tidy, well-organized, and highly efficient workspaces. This enhancement not only boosts operational efficiency but also improves the overall aesthetics of any pharmacy, the company said.
