Sol de Janeiro and Walter Recycling are coming together to not only highlight the beauty brand’s most recent eco-conscious pop-up but also highlight its ongoing sustainability efforts.

“At Sol de Janeiro, sustainability is a priority close to our hearts. Partnering with Walter not only helps us manage our materials responsibly but also supports their meaningful mission of empowering marginalized individuals,” said Cara Bondi vice president of product, ESG, Regulatory at Sol de Janeiro. “We’re genuinely excited about this collaboration, from launching an in-office program with Walter in April to integrating them into our event strategy. Together, we're taking steps toward a more sustainable future, which we're proud to be a part of.”

Together, the two companies are working to ensure that materials used in the pop-up event, which highlighted the Delicia Drench Body Butter and Cheirosa 59 Perfume Mist, were reused or recycled as a way to reduce potential waste.

Sol de Janeiro remains committed to leading the way in sustainable practices within the beauty industry, proving that environmental responsibility and business success can go hand in hand, the company said.
