Sectyr and CEimpact are partnering to help pharmacies easily monitor compliance and track training materials. The two pharmacy education companies will do this via Sectyr’s web-based pharmacy compliance management software, SectyrHub LicenseTrak.

"Employers can customize courses and host them in the SectyrHub LicenseTrak learning management system module for their pharmacy,” said Jennifer Moulton, president of CEimpact.

SectyrHub LicenseTrak’s capabilities include archiving all the training an organization has taken to meet regulatory requirements and assigning, tracking and reporting on CE. When considering PCMS, another feature to look for is preloaded standard courses for staff, which makes it convenient and affordable for employees to meet CE requirements.

The software also can host a pharmacy’s custom courseware. To document training, SectyrHub LicenseTrak’s optional Learning Management System module, which integrates CEimpact’s LMS and courseware, assigns training to employees and then tracks when employees have successfully completed each course.

“With SectyrHub LicenseTrak’s LMS module, a pharmacy pays only one price annually to take all required training,” said Craig Frost, president and chief operating officer for Sectyr. “Once an employee completes a course, SectyrHub LicenseTrak uploads and records which lesson the employee took including the date.”
