CVS Caremark's David Denton joins Coach board of directors

NEW YORK — Luxury accessories design house Coach has announced the appointment of David Denton, EVP and CFO of CVS Caremark, to is board.



The company also appointed William Nuti, who was named chairman, CEO and president of NCR Corp., to the board. The appointments of Nuti and Denton brings to 11 the number of board members.

Denton joined CVS Caremark in 1999 and has held various managerial roles throughout the company. Previously, Denton was SVP and controller/chief accounting officer of CVS Caremark and served as CFO and controller for PharmaCare, CVS’ legacy PBM subsidiary. In addition, while at CVS Caremark, he has held positions in corporate treasury, financial planning and analysis and corporate finance.
