FaceTory enters hair care scene with fermented masks

FaceTory’s new hair and scalp masks aims to strengthen and penetrate hair follicles for hydration and balance out oil production on the scalp, the company said.

FaceTory is broadening its reach beyond its standard facial masks with a hair care line specifically designed for the hair and scalp.

Consisting of three masks for the hair and scalp, the line aims to strengthen and penetrate hair follicles for hydration and balance out oil production on the scalp to allow the hair to become smooth, frizz-free and manageable, the company said.

The mask line includes:

  • Strengthen Scalp & Hair Mask with Fermented Rice: Infused with fermented rice and rosemary leaf water, the masks works to clarify an oily scalp while keeping hair strong, manageable and soft. The product also looks to aid in preventing hair loos and protect from any additional damage;
  • Balance Scalp & Hair Mask with Fermented Aloe: Made with fermented aloe and jojoba oil, this mask looks to balance the scalp’s pH levels while also nourishing strands. In addition, it soothes itchy scalps and nourishes strands; and
  • Moisturize Scalp & Hair Mask with Fermented Soybean: A moisturizing scalp and hair treatment that is infused with fermented soybean and avocado oil to deliver smoothing and anti-frizz benefits. It also looks to restore and fortify the scalp, condition and protect from UV damage.
