With summer just around the corner, Eucerin wants to help consumers protect their skin from the sun’s rays with a brand new sun care line.
The Eucerin Sun collection, developed with dermatologists, features seven products across the face and body.
Made with a blend of five antioxidants that go beyond sun protection, the dermatological line also works to help promote healthy-looking skin, the brand said.

Formulated with 5 Aox Shield, an advanced complex of five antioxidants — lichochalcone A, glycyrrhetinic acid, vitamin E, vitamin C and oxynex ST — go beyond neutralizing to also guard from free radicals that support skin health
“With the addition of Eucerin Sun, we are perfectly complementing our existing skin care range in the U.S. and meeting an unfulfilled consumer need,” said Erynn Keefe, vice president of marketing for U.S. Derma Brands at Beiersdorf. “We tested this product line on people of all skin types and tones, and we’re proud to share that our new dermo-cosmetic range offers sun protection products that take individual skin needs into account because everyone’s skin is different.”
The sun care line includes:
- Age Defense, a facial sunscreen formulated with hyaluronic acid to help reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles;
- Oil Control, a facial sunscreen suitable for oily and acne-prone skin that features oil-absorbing minerals to help provide a matte finish;
- Advanced Hydration, a face and body sunscreen formulated with hyaluronic acid and humectants to attract and replenish the skin’s natural moisture. It is available in a lotion and spray format with broad-spectrum SPF 30 and SPF 50;
- Sensitive Mineral, a mineral sunscreen containing naturally sourced zinc oxide in adult and baby’s sensitive skin formulas.
