Wenzel’s Farm announced that it is growing its portfolio of meat snacks.

The Marshfield, Wis.-based company, which has been operating since 1949 and uses family recipes that have been handed down for generations in each of its products, announced the launch of the new Jalapeño Cheddar Beef Sticks to its ever-expanding line of Snack Sticks offerings.

Crafted in small batches that use premium cuts of beef that have been both seasoned and naturally smoked, each product in the Snack Sticks collection does not contain artificial colors or MSG and also is gluten-free, the company said.

"We're very excited about the introduction of our Jalapeño Cheddar sticks," Wenzel's Farm president, Mark Vieth said. "Our consumers desire bold new flavors and with the popularity of our snack sticks growing, we want to continue to give them more choices."

To create the flavor, the company used quality pre-seasoned beef, Wisconsin cheddar and added jalapeño for an added kick of flavor, the company said.
