The Homesick x Bud Light Tailgate candle features notes of hops, grass and cedar.
Football season is in full swing and consumers can now easily bring game day scents into their homes.
Candle brand Homesick partnered with none other than Bud Light on a candle that channels all the scents of a tailgate party.
The Tailgate candle features notes of all the scents consumers associate tailgating with, including lawn chairs, hops, fresh jerseys, grass, bleachers, dried face paint, cedar and smoked charcoal, the company said.
“We’re a team full of football fans here at Homesick, and we wanted to celebrate its return by doing what we do best: capturing our favorite memories in a fragrance,” Lauren Lamagna, the general manager at Homesick said. “Just like no tailgate is complete without Bud Light, this candle wouldn’t have been complete without the expert input from the Bud Light team. We had a blast bringing this to life together, and hope all football fans enjoy it as they gather for game day with friends.”
Designed in packaging that featured Bud Light’s signature blue, as well as scenes that capture a game-day atmosphere, Homesick candles are made from a natural soy wax blend with cotton wicks, the company said.
“Bud Light fans have been chomping at the bit to get out there and cheer on their favorite football team with a beer in hand. As the official beer sponsor of the NFL, we wanted to reward football fans with an extra special way to ring in game day this year,” Corey Brown, the senior director of digital at Bud Light said. “Homesick nailed the feeling that you can only get when gearing up for a great game!”
