Supergoop! appoints Lisa Sequino as its new CEO

Lisa Sequino has been named the new chief executive officer of Supergoop!

Sequino, who most recently served as CEO of JLo Beauty, also spent two decades driving growth in the beauty and personal care spaces at both Estée Lauder and Procter & Gamble.

“Lisa brings such super experience and perspective to the table, having built her career scaling and accelerating growth within both established luxury and upstart beauty brands alike. But most importantly, she fully understands and is passionate about our mission, which is to change the way the world thinks about sunscreen through innovation and inspiration—and ultimately to help stop the epidemic of skin cancer,” said Supergoop! founder Holly Thaggard. “We have only scratched the surface, and Lisa’s energy, expertise, and excitement make her the perfect partner for us as category creators on this global stage, as we continue creating a brighter future for all, around the world. I am beyond thrilled to welcome her to the Supergoop! family, and as I always say to our team, the very best is yet to come.”

Before JLo Beauty, Sequino spent nearly a decade at Estée Lauder, most recently as its head of North America. She also held senior marketing, innovation and sales roles at Procter & Gamble.
