Rritual Superfoods is bringing its line of functional, mushroom adaptogen-enhanced superfoods to Rite Aid stores this year. The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said that its products would be available at 1000 Rite Aid locations beginning in Q2 and Q3.

The company said that its dissolvable powder products all are USDA Certified Organic, and offer a caffeine-fee product that contains a daily prebiotic blend designed to nourish a healthy gut microbiome and facilitate balanced digestive function. The products contain a proprietary Immune-Synergy Six Mushroom Blend.

"This first national retail rollout is a major achievement for the Rritual brand. It validates both supply and demand for the category, specifically, our product quality and the rapidly growing interest of consumers in functional superfoods," said David Kerbel, Rritual Superfoods CEO. "We are striving to not only lead this emerging category, but to define it. A significant part of achieving that goal is accomplished through gaining the trust and support of consumers through top tier retailers such as Rite Aid."

Rritual’s full product line that will be carried at Rite Aid includes:

  • Chaga Immune — with adaptogens eleuthero root and astragalus to help support immune function;
  • Lion’s Man Focus — with rhodiola rosea root and bacopa to support brain health and cognitive function; and
  • Reishi Relax — with ashwagandha and cacao to help adapt to stress.

Rritual said that its products can be mixed with other beverages or enjoyed on their own. The products are sold in boxes containing single-serve powder packets — including a variety pack with five of each elixir — as well as in 150-g canisters.
