Mayne Pharma adds industry vet to board
Mayne Pharma has supplemented its board of directors with a 30-year healthcare industry veteran. The Adelaide, Australia-based company has appointed Patrick Blake, most recently McKesson executive vice president and group president of McKesson Technology Solutions to the board.
Blake spent more than 20 years at McKesson, including a stint as president of McKesson Specialty Health and president of customer operations for McKesson Pharmaceutical. He also spent more than a decade with Baxter Healthcare.

Pat has a distinguished track record of success in growing profitable, complex and diverse businesses across multiple markets and channels,” Mayne Pharma chairman Roger Corbett said. “Pat’s experience includes expertise in operations, marketing, technology, mergers and acquisition, strategy and restructuring, among others. His time at McKesson, one of the top three pharmaceutical wholesalers in the United States, will be tremendously valuable in further strengthening our generic and specialty brand businesses.”
Blake has an MBA from Graziado School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in economicsa from Denison University.
