Dr. Reddy’s launches generic Diprivan
Dr. Reddy’s is introducing generic Diprivan (propofol) injectable emulsion, having received the Food and Drug Administration's approval earlier.
The generic of Fresenius Kabi’s drug will be available in 10 mg/ml vials for single patient use only, the company said.
The Diprivan brand and generic had a market value of roughly $310 million for the most recent 12 months ended November 2018, according to IQVIA.
