Pabst Blue Ribbon gets into the coffee game

Pabst Blue Ribbon’s latest product is expanding its offerings beyond beer. The Milwaukee-based brand is set to launch its Hard Coffee, which it currently is piloting in limited test markets.

Made with Arabica and robusta coffee beans, the beverage contains American milk, a vanilla taste and is 5% ABV, the company said.

“Pabst Blue Ribbon has always been a brand that pushes boundaries and celebrates those who experiment and try new things. Hard Coffee is an opportunity for us to pioneer a delicious and fun new drink, and give America something unique. We hope everyone loves it as much as we do,” John Newhouse, the brand manager at Pabst Blue Ribbon said.

Created to meet the needs of the next generation of consumers, those interested in trying out Hard Coffee can search for it via the limited test markets its set to be available in.
