Twinlab acquires Reserveage Nutrition

NEW YORK – Twinlab last week successfully completed its acquisition of Organic Holdings, the distributor of the premium nutritional supplements under the Reserveage Nutrition family of brands, the company announced Tuesday. 
 
Reserveage Nutrition CEO Naomi Whittel will become an EVP of Twinlab.
 
"Naomi and her team have built a truly remarkable company with a sales and marketing team that is second to none," stated Twinlab CEO Tom Tolworthy. "The combination of Reserveage Nutrition's award winning brands and loyal customer following with Twinlab's 47-year legacy of consumer trust and captive manufacturing capability is in lock step with our business plan to extend our reach into the consumer market as well as into the supply chain," he said. "The portfolio of products within Reserveage Nutrition are nearly 100% accretive to the product portfolio of [Twinlab], thus extending our category representation by almost 40%. Reserveage Nutrition's direct-to-consumer capability through QVC extends [Twinlab's] distribution into another consumer channel not currently being served by the company."

DALLAS, – GM Pharmaceuticals on Tuesday introduced DayClear Allergy and DayClear Sinus Relief, a new-to-the-market product line that addresses a sometimes forgotten class of patients — those battling Celiac Disease, diabetes, alcohol intolerance, acetaminophen intolerance and dye sensitivities.
