Tostitos spices up its holiday selection with new Artisan Recipes chips

PLANO, Texas Tostitos has launched its new Tostitos Artisan Recipes tortilla chips in time for the holiday season.

 

The chips are available in two flavors — roasted garlic and black bean, and fire-roasted chipotle — and are made with 100% natural ingredients, including real black beans, garlic and chipotle peppers that are added right into the chips, as well as a unique blend of nine flavorful grains to deliver an authentic and delicious taste experience you can see and taste, according to the company.

 

"With the introduction of Artisan Recipes, we’ve put a new spin on the classic tortilla chip, baking real ingredients into every chip for a taste so unexpected and delicious, consumers can enjoy them straight from the bag," said Justin Lambeth, VP marketing for Frito-Lay North America.

Fred Smagorinsky named Marcal’s CEO

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. Household paper goods manufacturer Marcal has appointed a new CEO.

Fred Smagorinsky joins Marcal from Schofield Stone, a privately held quarrier, fabricator, wholesaler and retailer of natural stone products, where he served as CEO. Smagorinsky also served as an executive at Sealed Air Corp., a global food and specialty packaging leader. "I’m joining a talented team at an exciting time, with consumer awareness of recycled paper goods and their environmental benefits growing rapidly," Smagorinsky said.

Marcal’s products are made with 100% premium recycled paper.
