Target launches Canadian holiday shopping season
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario — Target is extending its hours during the holiday shopping season at its Canadian stores, the mass merchandise retailer said Monday.
Target said most of its Canadian locations would offer extended hours from Nov. 29 to Dec. 30 as part of the "My Kind of Holiday" marketing campaign. The retailer will also extend its price-matching policy for the season; if customers purchase a qualifying item at Target between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 and subsequently find it for less in a local competitors printed ad, Target will match the competitor’s price.
"Target is celebrating its first holiday season in Canada, and we are proud to offer guests a new and extended shopping experience in the Canadian market," Target SVP John Morioka said. "At Target, we want to inspire guests with our broad product assortment and help make shopping a little easier."
Lindt launches revamped website
STRATHAM, N.H. — Lindt & Sprungli USA has announced the launch of its redesigned website, Lindt.com. To usher in the holiday season and to celebrate the revamped website, the chocolatier is unveiling its holiday collection and will provide exclusive online offers to customers.

As part of the reenergized website’s more interactive format, customers will be able to refine selections based on their chocolate taste preferences and favorite recipes. They’ll even get a glimpse on the skill and dedication that goes into creating premium chocolate. In addition to these new features, the company has simplified the check-out process and streamlined the registration process for the Lindt Lovers Rewards Club.
Through Nov. 15. 2013, Lindt.com is offering free ground shipping on orders totaling $50 and greater. Some of the holiday favorites available on Lindt.com include the Lindt "Hello" 24 Surprises Advent Calendar; the Vintage Lindor Canister and the Vintage Lindor Box; and Lindor Holiday Gift Bags, among other selections.
Kerrygold announces new Dubliner Cracker Cut Cheese
EVANSTON, Ill. — Kerrygold has announced that Dubliner cheese will now be available in convenient cracker-size slices.
Dubliner Cracker Cut Cheese, available at supermarkets nationwide, will come in a 6-ounce re-sealable parchment package, with 18 slices to a package. The pre-sliced cheese will measure 2×2 inches. This latest product will join Dubliner Cheese, Reduced Fat Dubliner Cheese and Dubliner with Irish Stout.
