New RoC Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair line aims to reverse stress-related aging

NEW YORK — Skin care brand RoC is introducing a new product line called RoC Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair, which includes a night cream and eye cream.

The products are designed to reverse the look of stress-related aging through the use of Activrestore, an exclusive technology infused with an anti-aging peptide complex to help make skin more resilient and address the signs of aging that appear as a result of stress.

The new RoC Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair night cream has a suggested retail price of $24.99. It is designed to relax expression and worry lines, smooth deep-tension wrinkles, nourish dehydrated skin, rejuvenate the look of tired skin and restore youthful radiance.

The new RoC Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair eye cream also has a suggested retail price of $24.99. The eye cream was developed to relax crow’s feet and under eye wrinkles, nourish dehydrated skin, soothe the appearance of puffy eyes and brighten dark circles.

The new RoC Multi Correxion Nourish Stress Repair products are available at food, drug and mass beginning in March.

Goody develops new ThickFix line for styling thick hair

ATLANTA — Goody has announced the creation of its new ThickFix line of hair accessories for women with full, voluminous hair.

This line features a variety of clips in different colors and sizes to allow women with heavier hair to style and experiment easily with different hair trends. According to Goody, studies showed that 67% of women with thick hair use hair accessories daily and 80% of women wear claw clips at least two to three times per week.

The Goody ThickFix collection Includes the ThickFix compact claw clip, ThickFix octo claw clip and ThickFix large claw clip. The products — which are specifically sized for thick hair — feature extra thick, interior teeth for strong, durable design; a stronger hinge for secure hold; and a sleek contoured shape with hidden hinge.

The Goody ThickFix collection will be available at Walgreens and Target in March 2012. The suggested retail price ranges from $4.79 to $4.99.

Freeman Beauty expands portfolio with Eclos, C. Booth acquisitions

LOS ANGELES — Freeman Beauty has acquired Eclos, a skin care line infused with plant stem cells that stimulate skin’s own stem cells to enhance a more youthful look, and C. Booth, a collection of skin care and bath products.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The suggested retail price ranges from $12.99 to $24.99. Eclos products are available nationwide at food, drug and mass stores, including Target, Ulta, Duane Reade, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Fred Meyer.

The C. Booth brand covers personal care needs, including cleansing, moisturizing and exfoliating. The skin care products function as a total system to promote beautiful, healthy-looking skin. C. Booth products are available nationwide at such retailers as Ride Aid and Ulta. The suggested retail price ranges from $4.99 to $19.99.
