mShopper launches B2B platform for retailers
BOULDER, Colo. Mobile commerce provider mShopper has launched a self-service platform for retailers that allows them to design and launch a customized, feature-packed e-store in under one hour, which can be viewed on any smart phone.
The B2B Mobile Commerce Platform from mShopper allows retailers to create their own account and reach mobile shoppers to drive both traffic and sales.
Some of the features found on the platform include:
- Intuitive design tools that create custom headers, copy and other branding elements;
- Built-in merchandising tools to feature hot deals and change prices on the fly;
- SEO tools that help on-the-go shoppers find a retailer’s mobile store;
- Modules to create customized applications and submit them to the three major app stores; and
- A built-in analytic dashboard that displays traffic, sales and profitability metrics.

3M launches new pocket projectors for on-the-go use
ST. PAUL, Minn. 3M has added two new products to its line of pocket projectors, making it convenient to share presentations, videos and more.
The 3M MP160 and MP180 offer 30 lumens of brightness and a two-hour battery life. The projectors also include a touch screen, Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth compatibility, as well as an integrated MP3 player, four gigabytes of internal memory, a micro SD card slot and USB outlet.
"The 3M MP160 and MP180 truly offer something for everyone," said Mark Colin, VP of the mobile interactive solutions division. Targus expands EcoSmart line
NEW YORK A maker of laptop computer cases and accessories has launched a collection of sleeves for laptops and netbooks, as well as an eco-friendly clamshell case made of recycled plastic bottles.
Targus’ EcoSmart line now features the Impax laptop sleeve and the 16-in. Spruce EcoSmart clamshell.
