Lierac Paris expands in the U.S. at Northeast CVS locations

NEW YORK European anti-aging skin care line Lierac Paris continues its expansion in the United States in Healthy Skincare Centers at CVS locations throughout the Northeast.

“We are excited about the opportunity to bring Lierac Paris to more CVS/pharmacy customers at our Healthy Skincare Centers in the Northeast,” stated Cheryl Mahoney, vice president of merchandising/beauty care for CVS. “CVS/pharmacy strives to enhance the beauty shopping experience for our customers and offering a high quality, high performance brand like Lierac Paris at 528 locations nationwide is just one example of how we are achieving this.”

Lierac Paris laboratories specializes in skin care products to prevent and restore the skin’s physiological balance (anti-aging, dry skin, sensitive skin) as well as treatments designed for the correction of major aesthetic disorders such as stretch marks, hyper-pigmentation and cellulite.

Retail prices range between $23 and $65.

Unilever launches OMG! campaign for Degree Girl antiperspirant

CHICAGO Unilever is promoting its new Degree Girl antiperspirant and deodorant with an OMG! campaign and teen sensation Ashley Tisdale, who is known for her starring role in Disney Channel’s “High School Musical.”

Through May 26, fans can visit DegreeGirl.com to catch up on Tisdale’s news through a weekly video blog. They can also share their own OMG! moments via video or post their stories to the online blog form to enter Degree Girl’s Ultimate OMG! contest.

A winner will be announced each week after girls submit their OMG! videos. Seven girls, along with two guests plus a guardian, will win a trip to Los Angeles for their OMG! moment with Tisdale.

Degree Girl is available in four scents—Tropical Power, Crazy Violet, Fun Spirit and Sweet Revolution. It has an average retail price of $2.42 and is available as of the beginning of April.

Lornamead adds new shampoo/conditioner to Finesse portfolio

STAMFORD, Conn. Lornamead Inc., which is a subsidiary of The Lornamead Group, has added to the Finesse portfolio a new Revitalizing Shampoo/Conditioner for color treated hair.

According to the company, the new formulation address two hair care needs: hair strengthening and color protection.
