BY Allison Cerra

NORTHFIELD, Ill., and AIRPORT CITY, Israel — Kraft Foods and SodaStream have expanded their strategic partnership.

The companies said that their co-branded portfolio now will include Kraft Foods’ Kool-Aid brand and initially will include cherry, grape and tropical punch flavors. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"The Kool-Aid brand will be a great addition to the current lineup we’ve developed with SodaStream," Kraft Foods VP beverages Doug Weekes said. "We’re pleased with the early success of Crystal Light and Country Time and believe that adding Kool-Aid will attract even more people to enjoy our flavors with personally-made carbonation."
