Halle Berry, Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde to host this year’s EIF Revlon Run/Walk

LOS ANGELES — Revlon brand ambassadors Halle Berry, Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde will host this year’s EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women taking place in New York on May 5 and in Los Angeles on May 12.

Stone and Wilde are first-time hosts of the event and will be on site in New York, while Berry, celebrating her sixth year with the Run/Walk, will be in Los Angeles. With tens of thousands of supporters each year and having distributed more than $65 million to date, the EIF Revlon Run/Walk is one of the nation’s largest single-day fundraisers to support women’s cancer research, counseling and outreach programs in New York and Los Angeles.

The 15th annual New York race will start in Times Square and finish in the east meadow of Central Park, attracting more than 20,000 participants. The 19th annual Los Angeles race will take place at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park and attracts more than 40,000 participants each year.

Creme of Nature expands Argan Oil line with new styling gel

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Ethnic hair care brand Creme of Nature is introducing its new Perfect Edges with Argan Oil from Morocco, a shine-infusing hair gel that also strengthens hair.

The styling product — the company’s latest addition to the Argan Oil line — works for all hair types, whether relaxed or natural, and infuses hydration and shine without leaving sticky residue.

Perfect Edges, which retails for $4.99, arrives at mass retailers and in beauty supply stores this spring.

Creme of Nature Perfect Edges with Argan Oil from Morocco is the newest offering in the Creme of Nature Argan Oil line, which also includes gloss and shine polisher, strength and shine leave-in conditioner, sulfate-free moisture and shine shampoo, and Argan Oil treatment.

Philips Norelco launches new PowerTouch shavers for guys

STAMFORD, Conn. — Electric razor brand Philips Norelco has developed a new line of PowerTouch shavers that feature the versatility of shaving wet or dry.

"The reality is that 9-out-of-10 men now use grooming products of some kind,” stated Kristi Crump, marketing director of personal care at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. "Philips Norelco’s PowerTouch shavers are designed for the guy who is looking for a quick and convenient way to improve his daily shaving experience — wet or dry."

The new PowerTouch features improved functionality and a better-looking design and feel, the company stated. The entire range allows for quick and easy cleaning under a running tap and includes Lithium Ion power. The blade system helps to lift hairs away from the skin before cutting them below skin level for a comfortably close shave.

The Philips Norelco PowerTouch with Aquatec features rounded low-friction heads that automatically adjust to help minimize skin irritation and a SmartPivot system that is designed to provide expert contouring.

Philips Norelco PowerTouch and PowerTouch with Aquatec are available at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon.com and other national retailers for $49 to $89.
