‘Family Guy’ Volume 8 arrives in time for Father’s Day
LOS ANGELES One of the brashest animated series to hit television is debuting its eight volume just in time for Father’s Day.
“Family Guy” features 15 episodes from the show’s seventh and eighth seasons on a three-disc set. The set also includes commentary on every episode, uncensored audio on select episodes, deleted scenes, “Family Guy Karaoke” and more.
The “Family Guy” Volume 8 DVD is available for the suggested retail price of $49.98 U.S. / $69.98 Canada. Prebook is May 5.
Meijer to carry Jitterbug J cell phones
SAN DIEGO GreatCall is expanding its retail reach — supercenter chain Meijer will carry the mobile service company’s entire line of Jitterbug J cell phones.
Available now, Meijer stores across five states will carry all three Jitterbug J handsets: white, graphite and red.

Walgreens expands Community Corner program to showcase women-owned businesses
DEERFIELD, Ill. Walgreens’ supplier diversity initiative is featuring products produced by women-owned businesses on Walgreens.com through the end of May in honor of National Women’s History Month.
Walgreens’ Community Corner program launched in February with recognition of African-American-owned businesses in honor of Black History Month. Walgreens plans to continue expansion of the initiative to feature products produced by businesses with Hispanic-American, Native-American, and Asian-American ownership at different points throughout the year.
