Thrifty White's Bob Narveson outlines benefits of syncing medications
Bob Narveson, president and CEO of Thrifty White Pharmacy and chairman of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, clearly believes the benefits of medication synchronization far outweigh any possible reduction in customer store visits. In a presentation that drew plenty of interest from state pharmacy associations and other participants at the summer meeting of the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA), Aug. 10, Narveson described how and why the Plymouth, Minn.-based chain has become the industry's leading innovator of med sync and its most vocal proponent.
