LDM Group, a provider of behavior-based health management programs, and Minnesota-based pharmacy chain Thrifty White have entered a partnership to support the "Million Hearts" initiative, a national public and private initiative led by the Department of Health and Human Services whose goal is to prevent 1 million heart attacks and strokes over the next five years.

Thrifty White Pharmacy is carrying a new prescription drug packaging system that it said would improve adherence.
