Kroger has acquired 11 Marsh Supermarket locations at a pricetag of $16 million, winning a bid to buy those stores in Indiana through federal bankruptcy court, Cincinnati Business Courier reported Wednesday. The deal is scheduled to close between July 11 and July 21, according to the sale agreement filed in bankruptcy court, the Courier reported.
