Two fun facts about Morris the Cat: all three orange tabbies who played the role were all rescue animals; John Erwin, the actor who gave “the world’s most finicky cat” his voice, is also famous — if you can call it that — for having voiced “He-Man” from the 1980s kids animated series, “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.” With that kind of range it’s a wonder Erwin never made it to “Inside the Actor’s Studio…” Not really.

Lovers of the old Pink Panther movies are reminded of Inspector Jacques Clouseau’s live-in butler, Cato Fong, whose responsibilities included randomly ambushing his employer, in order to sharpen his martial arts skills.

Isaiah Mustafa, AKA “the man your man could smell like,” makes a series of rapid-fire appeals to women, playing off the idea that women are in charge of the shopping list.
