Mylan has completed its acquisition of two skin drugs from Valeant Pharmaceuticals, the generic drug maker said Monday.
The Federal Trade Commission has voted to approve Valeant's acquisitions of Dermik, a unit of French drug maker Sanofi that makes drugs for skin conditions, and Ortho Dermatologics, a division of Johnson & Johnson that also makes skin drugs.
A drug made by Coria Labs for treating acne now is available in a convenient, ready-to-use pump, the drug maker said Monday.
