RICHMOND, Va.— Kroger is test-marketing a home delivery component to its click-and-collect offering for customers in its Richmond, Va. area, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported Monday. “Our customers don’t always have the time to shop in store but still want to bring quality items into their homes and onto their tables," Anne Jenkins, spokeswoman for Kroger Mid-Atlantic division, told the Times-Dispatch.
