Southeastern Grocers on Tuesday welcomed grocery veteran Anthony Hucker to its ranks as COO, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported. "Hucker previously was president and COO of Schnucks, a Midwest food retailer," the paper reported. "He also served as president of Giant Food and was on the executive board of Ahold USA."
