GlaxoSmithKline is celebrating 300 years. Originating as a small pharmacy in East London in 1715, GlaxoSmithKline has grown into the sixth largest global pharmaceutical company, the International Business Times reported Monday. "I'm extremely proud of all the history we have behind us," noted Nikki Yakes, GSK UK Pharma general manager.
