JERUSALEM The Food and Drug Administration has approved a new generic acne treatment made by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Teva said Thursday.
The FDA approved Teva’s adapalene gel in the 0.1% strength. The gel is a generic version of Galderma’s Differin. Teva said it has launched the drug.
Differin has annual sales of $91 million, according to IMS Health.
