DVD kiosk provider Redbox entered into an agreement to install fully automated DVD rental kiosks in the more than 100 Shnucks locations across seven states. The regional supermarket chain replaced its existing DVD kiosk provider with Redbox, immediately beginning its rollout in stores across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Tennessee and Mississippi in early May. The chain said it expected the rollout to be completed in June.

Off! clip-on mosquito repellant, which features a quiet, battery-powered fan that circulates odorless repellant, is back to help keep pesky mosquitoes away this season. It can clip on to a belt, purse or chair and offers effective protection from mosquitoes for up to 12 hours without spraying anything on the skin. The product is available at Target, Walmart and CVS/pharmacy for a suggested retail price of $8.99 for the starter kit and $3.99 per refill.

Discount retailer Dollar General donated a variety of supplies to the American Red Cross to aid flood victims in Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky, including personal hygiene products, socks, underwear and diapers. The retailer also donated cleaning supplies to the Second Harvest Food Bank and asked customers and employees for help in aiding these citizens through RedCross.org.
