WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J. Par Pharmaceutical's CFO and EVP Lawrence Kenyon has resigned, the generic drug maker said Friday.

Par said Kenyon resigned effective June 30 to pursue other opportunities.

Par treasurer Michael Tropiano will step in to replace Kenyon. Tropiano has worked for the company since August 2005, following a five-year stint as VP and corporate treasurer for MedPointe Pharmaceuticals.
