Music artist Pitbull develops fragrances for men, women

NEW YORK — Music artist Pitbull has announced the launch of new scents for men and women, Pitbull Premier Fragrances, which will be available exclusively on Amazon.com beginning Dec. 1.

This new venture by Pitbull urges consumers to "Unlock the World" through scent. Inspired by taking a trip around the world, these fragrances embody the electric energy of each city and its nightlife.

Created by Pitbull and Givaudan, Pitbull Man is a warm spiced vetiver scent created for the international man of love. Citrus top notes of mandarin and bergamot meet with warm spices of cardamom and sage to deliver a burst of energy. The heart contains a twist of violet's masculine floracy and the combo of woods and verbena. The base of vetiver melts into musks and evolves into the warm depths of tonka bean and ambers.

Pitbull Woman evokes hotspots around the world. Created by Fragrance Resources, the fragrance has top notes of raspberries and red apples and mandarin. Nectarine blossom, freesia and jasmine join in the uber-feminine white floral heart. Creamy woods, amber, vanilla, and musk balance out with a sexy finish.

The bottle, designed by Pitbull, is sleek and architectural, reminiscent of modern skyscrapers anywhere in the world. Rising from a strong, polished silver base, the smooth black bottle is sophisticated and masculine for Pitbull Man. Sharp lines and angles move upward toward the black cap. Pitbull Woman follows the same design, housed in an elegant, white luster bottle to exude inner strength.
