Executive changes announced at Campbell Soup Co.

CAMDEN, N.J. Campbell Soup Co.'s chief executive is retiring at the end of the company's fiscal year.

Doug Conant will step down from his role as president and CEO, a position he has held since 2001, on July 31, 2011, the company said Tuesday.
