FLINT, Mich. — Diplomat Pharmacy on Thursday announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Credit Suisse Securities and Morgan Stanley are acting as lead book-running managers. Additional book-running managers are J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities.
William Blair & Company and Leerink Partners are acting as co-managers.
Diplomat Diplomat serves patients and physicians in all 50 states as one of the nation's largest independent specialty pharmacies. Headquartered in Flint, Mich., the company focuses on medication management programs for people with specialized, long-term medical needs, including oncology, immunology, hepatitis, multiple sclerosis, HIV, infusion therapy and many other serious or chronic conditions. Diplomat opened its doors in 1975 as a neighborhood pharmacy.
