CEO of nominated for Times board of directors

NEW YORK The New York Times Co. last week named Robert Denham, a partner in the Munger, Tolles & Olson law firm, and Dawn Lepore, chief executive officer and chairman of, to stand as nominees for election to the company’s Board of Directors at the 2008 annual meeting of stockholders on April 22.
