CBS Outernet, Lifeclinic International partner to provide video screens in pharmacies

WASHINGTON CBS announced that CBS Outernet has partnered with Lifeclinic International to manage and program health-related content as well as sell advertising with the use of digital video screens around the pharmacy.

According to published reports, Lifeclinic will be part of CBS Outernet’s wide array of digital media works, which include such locations as grocery stores, medical and dental waiting rooms, restaurants and malls.

“Health and wellness advertisers are increasingly attracted by the potential of the pharmacy as a healthcare communications venue,” Virginia Cargill, president of CBS Outernet, said in reference to the new idea. “By combining CBS Outernet and Lifeclinic’s media platforms, we can offer advertisers the reach they seek, as well as the ability to engage the consumer in a rich, interactive dialogue,”
