SPRINGFIELD, Mass. Big Y Foods on Monday announced the acquisition of the New Milford Pharmacy in New Milford, Conn.

The New Milford Pharmacy represents pharmacy No. 34 for Big Y. The pharmacy will remain at its current location with its pharmacy staff and offer an expanded line of products, the grocer stated.

Big Y currently operates 57 stores throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
